Job Description

About us

Molock Cares LLC is a psychiatric rehabilitation program operating in Baltimore City since January of 2022. Molock Cares LLC owners have worked in the mental health field for a combined total of 20 years and work tirelessly to remove mental health stigmas from our underserved communities. Our focused populations are youth who are also survivors and their caregivers.

Position Requirements: Education and Experience:

Possession of a high school diploma.
Two years positively referenced, preferably relevant, work experience but not required.
CPRP, LMSW or other mental health license.
Duties are:

To screen consumers for appropriate services or refer consumer to other agency when appropriate.
Promote effective relationships among individuals, families and service providers..

To review documented contact notes and monthly summaries on individuals being served.
Implement IRP treatment plans for and with assigned individuals.
Quarterly meetings with therapists to collaborate on IRP’s and monthly team meeting

Read DCW’s monthly contact notes and monthly summaries and make recommendations to assure caseworkers are implementing goals and interventions timely.

Participate in committees and program planning as assigned.
Implement crisis intervention actions as appropriate.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Job Type: Part-time

Salary: $25,000.00 - $35,000.00 per year

Psychiatric Rehabilitation Specialist: 1 year (Preferred)
License/Certification:
