Idyll Spell Soaps

#14~ Duo Fragrance Blend- depending on how you look at it, I sprung forward two seasons or fell backward two>>>
I used Fallen Leaves and Autumn Glow- I know- it’s spring, right?! Together they blend the Woody, Green and Fruity aspects of warm blend of cinnamon, citrus, and chrysanthemum opens into sweet apple, berries, and green leaves, all grounded by pecan, cedar, and earthy woods to evoke the rich, natural essence of autumn air with the Gourmand and Amber notes of a warm blend of apple, cinnamon, and clove is balanced by fresh eucalyptus, pine, juniper, and cranberry, all grounded in cedarwood to capture the cozy yet crisp essence of an autumnal evening.

This one accelerates- I’m sure I could have poured sooner although I wanted to make sure emulsion was complete. The KISS technique was less precise but I think the combination of fragrances is enough to pay homage to Autumn and all its splendor

#13>>>Black Sea>> it’s been a bit since I’ve made soap- but I’m back and raring to go> the KISS technique is becoming my favorite way of creating a marbled look for the soap batter and dappling the cavities with mica makes it look
magical~it doesn’t hurt that the fragrance is fantastic- altogether it was a cold process celebration!

So this is #12 and the fragrance is called High Tea- the colors today are reflectiveif a lovely afternoon tea session ( that is to say aroma-wise it’s an absolute delight) and nothing better than enjoying a delicious cup of Jasmine Silver Fir Needle Tea~
