How does holiday heart syndrome feel?

🎁 A lack of energy. You might feel very tired. More so than usual during the holidays.

🎁 Discomfort in your chest. It may feel painful or like there’s pressure in your chest. Dizziness and sometimes it is hard to breathe.

What increases my chances of getting holiday heart syndrome?

〰️ Being overweight or obese
〰️ Drinking too much alcohol
〰️ Smoking
〰️ Using stimulants, including some illegal drugs
〰️ Taking certain prescription drugs, such as albuterol
