Asymptotic means that people of all ages have tests, including MRIs, CT scans and XRays that show degeneration but they have NO pain!
A BAD MRI does NOT mean that the findings are you cause of your LBP or sciatica. See NIH (National Institute of Health) findings in this article.

Follow my exercise program found in my group link below. Over 90% of people who do them consistently have relief of pain in a few days to a few months. You must be consistent. It IS the non glamorous exercises that will help you. You have to be actively involved in getting out of pain. The majority of people will NOT find relief with a "quick fix".
