The Red Clover Collective is growing!

The Red Clover Collective is an intentional community in the Better Waverly neighborhood of Baltimore City. We share household labor and nourishing meals, and we strive towards relationships of friendship and solidarity. We are working towards a world where collective ownership, sustainable living, social justice, and artistic creation are central values.

Our collective currently has six members, spanning in age from 20’s to 60’s. We hope to expand by at least a couple of members this year. We currently have one bedroom free; an apartment (ideal for a couple!) will be available soon. Base rent is currently $385/month; it will be going up to $390/month in January. Food costs are $125/month. BGE is divided each month among members.

We have house meetings twice a month and a community day one weekend day a month. We share food and each member currently cooks one night a week. Each member also takes responsibility for an area of household labor.

We encourage people of all backgrounds, ethnicities, races, religions, sexualities, genders, and ages to be in touch!
