Today I am 😡!!
I have been in the airport (Jackson, MS) for 8hrs due to mechanical issues. We boarded initally and deplaned right b4 take off. We’ve waited for mechanics and equipment….Been on standby. Then Rebooked. Then Rebooked again. Gate agent changes… lack of communication and so on. you gotta do better!! I was also delayed 2hrs yesterday trying to get here. Now this.
This isn't “Shut down” related. This is poor service. I'm NOT a happy camper. Whew y'all pray. I just want to get home to my family. 😭🙏🏾💯
