Our office is seeking a front desk receptionist who will be the first point of contact for our clients. Some of the duties will include answering a multi-line telephone system, greeting visitors who come into the office, filing, sorting and distributing mail, retrieving and distributing faxes, maintaining office supplies and other various clerical duties.
No experience is necessary but the ideal candidate will have a basic knowledge of technology and be able to operate a computer and email.
