This historic renovation and adaptive reuse project reimagines a 62,000 SF former Circuit Courthouse into a vibrant, multi-use community destination—while preserving its architectural character. From comprehensive interior renovations and system upgrades to careful coordination of modern infrastructure within a historic structure, this project reflects the commitment and precision of every partner involved.
