Definitive Title

Hi Real Estate Community. After reading the horrible article of the real estate agent murdered showing properties last week it stuck in my head.
I would like to set up a Definitive Title October or November Event that would include Real Estate Continuing Education Credits specific to vetting potential homebuyers, Safety procedures during open houses, and even Registering agents to legally have a concealed carry which is legal here in the State of Maryland.
I am looking for a Self Defense teacher who would teach a class and also a Gun Safety instructor who could also speak and go over the application process and requirements for legally carrying a gun or non lethal alternatives agents can employ for their safety.
I would like some contacts and a possible place to hold the event. I would love to have some sponsors step up to throw the event with me.

Excited to announce we are co-sponsoring a different type of event focused on youth development and sports camps for your children. These camps are for boys and girls ages 6-16.

We are supporting one of our local clients who is not only focused on providing real estate services but also being on the forefront of building a bridge between real estate and sports event. As everyone knows, Definitive Title already thrives on client sports events and is super excited to be given the opportunity. We are working with Brett Ritchey and Shannon Toback, Realtor who represent Keller Williams and Next Move Charm City.

Over the course of the day, Baltimore star First Baseman Ryan Mountcastle and our coaches will provide your child with valuable baseball knowledge and hands-on instruction in a fun, high-energy, positive environment. Camp activities will include lectures, fundamental skill stations, contests, and awards. All campers will be grouped according to age to ensure proper levels of competition and instruction.
