Last month, three of our previous CBID students and Abell Fellows have been awarded with the prestigious Maryland Inno Under 25 award by the Baltimore Business Journal, which recognizes the top entrepreneurs and innovators in the area.

Congratulations to Antony Fuleihan, co-founder and CTO of CurveAssure, which seeks to make spinal care more personalized, predictable, and consistent.

Antony was a CBID student from 2021-22 and an Abell Fellow from 2022-23. His background includes experience in mechanical engineering and algorithm development.

FastForward U

On Tuesday, October 17th, our CBID students presented their first set of U.S. focused projects in their midterm presentations. They presented to their TAs, faculty members, clinical mentors, and more. This allowed them to validate their clinical needs, conceptual design, business plan, and projected milestones.
