I'm excited to announce that Goldiata Creative is now a certified B Corp! This is a big step, signaling our firm's commitment to being an impact-based agency.

In short, B Corp (B Lab / B Lab U.S. & Canada) is an organization with a focus on using business for good. Over the course of several months, the B Lab team evaluated our financials, our team, and our clients to confirm that we walk the walk when it comes to making an impact.

Organizations like Ben & Jerry's and Patagonia are two of the most recognizable B Corps in the US.

Some of the metrics that jumped off the page as part of this process was recognizing that 75% of our clients are nonprofits or schools, over 80% of our staff are minorities, and the majority of the contractors we use are minorities.

We are also proud to be one of just 32 Black-owned B Corps in the US, and to be the only Black-owned B Corp in digital marketing.

This is just the first step! We're looking forward to being even more intentional about DEI, sustainability, and helping impact based organizations.
