New staircase rebuild and concrete walkway COMPLETE! ✅

About this project:
The existing staircase that leads to the second floor unit was marked as condemned by the City due to structural issues following a visit by fire department for an incident that occurred here. The customer reached out to us and we did not hesitate to assist. We removed the existing staircase was removed and once that was completed, the customer requested of us to replace the old and worn piping that was underneath the existing walkway. The downspouts fed into this old piping. We removed the concrete along with the old and worn piping, replaced it with pvc. After footer inspections, concrete was poured, then once ready, the new staircase was rebuilt and inspected and the condemnation citation was removed! ✅✅
