"Love is also loss," Pope Leo XIV said during a recent weekly address to pilgrims in St. Peter’s Square. He went on to say, "We find it difficult to understand this, especially in a world where losing is seen as weakness and we are obsessed with having and possessing."
But he also reminds us, “Love for the Lord always involves welcoming our brothers and sisters.”
