Sunday brekkie. French toast and bacon. Used our sourdough “milk” bread made with kefir to double the fermented fun. Soaked in a batter made with house made 5 Spice, front yard eggs, milk, and some panela. Served with the pepper nutmeg bacon I made a couple weeks ago. Washed down with washed Honduran coffee (4 years later still my favorite coffee. I think I’m fortified enough to go change all the clocks.
