🏡 Sometimes the right solution isn't waterproofing.
One of our trusted realtor partners called Matt to inspect a concern before settlement. After evaluating the issue, he determined the problem wasn't waterproofing—it was improper grading.
Instead of recommending work that wasn't needed, Matt fixed it himself by:
✔️ Pulling back the mulch
✔️ Building and compacting a proper base
✔️ Installing filter drain board
✔️ Adding drainage stone sloped away from the home
✔️ Regrading with compacted soil
✔️ Replacing the rubber mulch

Sunday at Thompson & Sons...
At this point, we're starting to think Jordan and Alex aren't waterproofers — they're wildlife relocation specialists. 🐍
Last weekend it was a mystery creature in Monkton. This week, they uncovered what appears to be the neighborhood's unofficial security system.
The drainage is getting installed, but the local residents are making it interesting.
Jordan and Alex can't catch a break. 😂
Today we're trading jackhammers for hamburgers.
