Celtic Corridor is a group of awarded musicians who have performed around the world. They're named for the routes and roots that connect them to share music in Maryland and beyond. Billy McComiskey (button accordion) is an NEA National Heritage Fellow and All-Ireland champion; Laura Byrne (flute) is a MD State Arts Council grant recipient, Joanna Clare (fiddle) has been awarded in competitions in America and Ireland; Donna Long (piano) formerly of Cherish the Ladies, is a MD State Arts Council Heritage Award Winner, and Eileen Estes (vocals, guitar, and bodhran), is well known for her traditional vocal coaching.
