On International Womenโ€™s Day, CAdHSI joins the global community in recognizing the contributions of women in science, technology, and innovation.

Women make up nearly half of the global population, yet disparities still exist:
โ€ข 1 in 3 women experience violence during their lifetime (UN Women)
โ€ข Around 20% gender pay gap worldwide (ILO)
โ€ข About 27.2% of parliamentary seats are held by women (IPU)
โ€ข Nearly 33% of researchers are women, with less than 30% represented in STEM fields (UNESCO)

Bridging these gaps demands coordinated efforts across education, research, policy, and industry.

Center for Advancing Health Systems Innovations (CAdHSI) continues to promote inclusive research practices, mentorship programs, and collaborative platforms that broaden participation in health data science.

Implementation research isnโ€™t about theory.
Itโ€™s about asking questions like
โ€ข Why isnโ€™t care being delivered the way it should be?
โ€ข What barriers are frontline health workers facing?
โ€ข What practical adjustments can make quality care easier to provide?
