There’s an old African proverb that says, “If you want to run fast, run alone. If you want to run far, run together.”

Entrepreneurship or even climbing the ladder in Corporate America can get lonely, but you don’t have to be alone. Building and growing a team [those that think like you and those that don’t] can help in those times of loss and learning lessons. Creating a core community can conquer and cover more territory than a single person alone.

Collaboration is a key to growth along with many others; doing it alone shows strength but doing it together exhibits wisdom.
