DSM Contracting

Momentum continues to build at the landfill in Westminster, Maryland, where DSM Contracting is completing the final refuse cell for the CACO Landfill. Once complete, this project will bring full landfill operations online for Carroll County.

Project work includes modifications to the landfill liner, relocation of a granite-based aggregate berm, storm drain system improvements, and sediment pond construction.

The CACO Landfill, officially known as the Northern Landfill, serves as the primary solid waste disposal facility for Carroll County, Maryland. Located within the Carroll County Resource Recovery Park, the site supports household waste disposal, recycling operations, and environmental management for the surrounding community.

We are proud of the pace, precision, and teamwork our crews continue to deliver on site for Carroll County. The DSM Difference is on full display through the hard work and dedication of our field teams every day.

Ground Breaking for Odenton Community Park!

DSM Contracting is a proud partner with Anne Arundel County and Development Facilitators, Inc. Starting Phase 1 along with Anne Arundel County Department of Public Works & Anne Arundel County Department of Recreation and Parks.

The Odenton Library Community Park Phase 1 project involves various construction including clearing & grubbing, maintenance of traffic, grading & earthwork, drainage improvements, stormwater management and the construction of a pedestrian bridge structure among others. The project also includes the installation of park amenities such as viewing decks, a pavilion, playground, and sports courts.
