We wanted to make you aware of a Situation with Ill. Sir Rick Jone's email address. It seems as though a hacker has made a FAKE email account ([email protected]) and is pretending to be him, much like someone did with Ill. Sir Tony, Ill. Sir Jay, & Ill. Sir Bob.
The email reads "Hello. Are you available at the office? Write me back asap, Fraternally Yours, Richard Jones Illustrious Pontentate."
If you are receiving emails from the above address they are NOT legitimate. Please do not respond, block the sender and put it into your spam folder. It is a scam.
As always, check the sender's email address and if an email’s contents seems suspicious or the sender's email address is questionable do not respond. Reach out to that person via phone call, text, or in person to check if the email contents or email address is legitimate.
