Infinite Legacy

Heather was born with Cystic Fibrosis and received her first double lung transplant at 20 years old in 2012. In January 2020, she received her second double lung transplant before kidney failure began and she was added to the transplant waiting list for a donor kidney. In April 2025, Heather was given the gift of life again from another deceased organ donor.
"I would not be here without the selfless and courageous organ donors who chose to save lives. I am able to pursue my dreams and simple things in daily life. Being able to live is a gift I do not take for granted, and I have endless gratitude for my donors. I hope that the way I live honors them with every breath. I am a songwriter, musician, author, podcaster and even do some motivational speaking. I get to celebrate another birthday because of the gift of life. It’s a connection that is indescribable to know someone saved your life and gave you the gift of life!"
