DRM’s recently released report, Treatment Not Trauma, points to three deaths at Clifton T. Perkins Hospital Center, and one person who had serious medical complications following delayed medical care.
As Maryland’s designated Protection and Advocacy agency (P&A), we investigate allegations of abuse and neglect, including deaths, and protect the rights of people with significant mental illness to be free from harm.
