I treat based social media has arrived and you can’t fight it. Instagram, Tiktok , Facebook, all of the platforms are moving into a multi dimensional space. You better start sharing more than what just makes you money 💰, as a personal brand or you are only going to show up to those that do the same thing as you. This is the truth even if you don’t wanna accept it… I love BJJ, it clears my head, it releases stress, anxiety, and aggression that accumulates over days of work and life in general.
