Looking for a part/full time computer technician to work at SysQuick.

Duties will be to assist customers with pc/Mac service in shop, remotely and on phone.

Answer phones and help customers with info and pricing

Diagnose issues and perform upgrades and repairs

Other duties will also be performed within the scope of our field.

Must have minimum 2 years experience and have comptia A+ or prepared to get it.

Job Description:

The responsibilities of a Receptionist/Media Department Assistant include: interacting with and assisting customers, organizing items around the office, and assisting the media department with scanning and editing slides. The receptionist must be willing to engage in a wide variety of tasks around the office as needed.

Responsibilities:

Perform basic diagnostics and troubleshooting on game consoles
Enter customer data and complete transactions using Quickbooks
Organize around the office
Assist the media department with scanning and editing slides
Maintain computer retail website
Run errands occasionally
Serve customers by greeting and directing them appropriately.
Inform visitors by answering or referring inquiries.
Perform various administrative duties
Answer phone calls in a professional and friendly manner.
Maintain cleanliness in reception and common areas
Schedule and confirm appointments and maintain event calendars
