COCONUT CREAM STUFFED FRENCH TOAST

Challah Bread dipped in Egg Mix, stuffed with Coconut Cream Cheese & Flaked Coconut, garnished with Diced Strawberries & Brûléed Bananas, dusted with Cinnamon & Powdered Sugar

This was amazing especially if you like coconuts. It's a really big. Like a French Toast sandwich with coconut cream between it. Very filling. I even ate some of the bananas 🥴(Thick Cut Applewood Bacon not pictured)

Crispy Duck Confit Hash
Fried eggs, sweet potatoes, plantain and yucca spaetzle and tomatillo salsa verde.

This is one of my favorite brunch meals. Lots of food for under 17 dollars. It has that sweet and savory flavor from the plantains sweet potatoes and the duck.

Louisiana Catfish Matrimony
Sautéed with shrimp and andouille sausage, jasmine rice, broccoli

This was alot of food for 18 dollars. Real real good. I would get this again

Philadelphia Style Strip Steak
Provolone cheese sauce, caramelized onions

The steak was cooked and seasoned well. I'm a fan of caramelized onions on any steak. But I wasn't feeling the cheese on the top. The flavors didn't jive with me. It probably would have tasted better if it was on a sub roll.
