WET WEATHER ARRIVES THIS EVENING: Rain will move in to the area later this evening and overnight with a wet and slow morning commute for Thursday.
We are still expecting between 1-2" for most areas from this system which will help with the current rainfall deficit.

We are still looking at a much-needed soaking for mid-week. The heaviest rain will occur Wednesday night through Thursday morning where 1-2" will be common. Some areas could get a bit more. This rain is not related to Melissa.
Halloween still looks dry, but breezy.

MID-WEEK PLANNER: There will be a chance of showers south of Baltimore Tuesday but the best rain chances arrive Wednesday afternoon through Thursday morning. The warmest day will be Thursday with highs in the mid 60s.
