Our Story

The Spectacular Event Center is a family owned catering and event facility in the greater Bangor area operating since 1999! We serve from 20-900 guests for any occasion in our facility or off-site!

The Spectacular Event Center & Catering is a full-service event and catering facility with three modern ballrooms to accommodate up to 900 guests. We host all types of events: Wedding Ceremonies & Receptions, Meetings, Award Banquets, Holiday Parties, Bat Mitzvah's, Bar Mitzvah's, Anniversary Parties, Retirement Parties and so much more! We also host our own event such as R-Rated Hypnotist Shows and Murder Mystery Dinner Shows!

We aren’t just a facility - we Cater Off-Site to YOU! Are you having a wedding under a tent? Maybe a Graduation Party at your home? Whatever the occasion may be, we can cater for you. We have several menus but we can also customize to your liking - our chef loves creating new things and cooking “comfort food” too!
