*Policy Update*
Prompted by the recent amount of “cancellations” without notice, Mobile Automotive Technicians LLC will now require a $50 deposit at the time of booking for all new clients that wish to book ON-SITE repairs.
The non-refundable deposit will be applied to the repair.

This policy change is to protect our time so we may remain available to service the vehicles of serious clients.
When people book appointments they do not intend to keep, it further delays the schedule and the completion of vehicles that other clients do want fixed.

We ask that changes to existing appointments be made 48 hrs prior to the appointment time. Emergencies happen, and we understand that. Please note that SOME notice is always better than NO notice at all.

(Existing clients in good standing and commercial partners will be exempt from this policy change)
