Starting January 30th, “Move That W8” with trainer Sheridan Boucher will put you through HIIT workouts, strength training and much more throughout the 8 weeks.

Evening group sessions will be held on Mondays/Wednesdays at 5:30pm and morning sessions on Tuesdays/Thursdays at 6:15am.

2 weekly 45 minute sessions, basic nutritional guidance, accountability, a fun motivating group.
