Made my own version of Cracker Barrels Breakfast Skillet!

4 Eggs
1 Smoked Sausage Sliced
Bacon Bits
Roasted Red Potatoes
1/2 Onion Sliced
1/2 Bell Pepper Sliced
Sprinkle Cheese til your heart is content.
Seasoned with Chives, Salt, Paprika, Onion and Garlic Powder

Vaccums waiting for me to drop something
Freezer prepped cheesey garlic bread
Spouses dinner prepped to heat eat
Kid dinners prepped heat eat
Kid snacks prepped couple days
Myself lunch for tomorrow
With bonfire therapy

Ingredients

• 2 lbs ground beef

• 1 lb original breakfast sausage

• 2 eggs

• 1 tsp each of salt and pepper

• 1 TBSP each of garlic powder Italian seasoning, and paprika
• 1/2 cup parmesan

• 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes

• 1/2 cup Italian bread crumbs

Instructions

• Combine all ingredients in a bowl being sure not to overwork or squeeze the meat mixture. Not overworking them will help keep them tender.

• Gently form meatballs and put on a rack on a baking sheet.

• Bake at 400 degrees for about 25 minutes.

• Enjoy! This is our go to meatball recipe and we love having them ready to go in the freezer! I get about 55 meatballs from this recipe, but it really depends on how big you make them.
