Richard Chwastiak x the wig, Director of Cape Symphony Presents, has been selected to participate in Essentials of Orchestra Management, the League of American Orchestras’s leadership development program at the The Juilliard School in New York 🗽

Rich will join 35 other arts professionals from around the world for the 10-day program. They’ll learn about artistic planning; development and finance; education and community engagement; organizational culture; marketing and communications; orchestra operations; and more.

“I’m honored to be accepted among such an esteemed group, and to work with them toward the future of American orchestras,” says Rich. “It’s an exciting opportunity to gain information and strategies to bring back to our market and help our organization grow regionally, nationally, and even globally.”
