Taking care of your body involves several different aspects such as proper exercise, healthy eating, adequate sleep, control of stress level, and avoidance of unhealthy behaviors such as smoking or excessive alcohol consumption.

The study heading says it all. Strength training is more effective than aerobic exercise at improving body composition and glycemic control (blood sugar level).
We can add this study to the ever growing list of studies that show that strength training is better at . . . well, almost everything, than other types of exercise (e.g., reducing cardiovascular disease risk, increasing longevity, slowing/reversing aging, improving cognitive/brain health, increasing strength, preserving/restoring muscle mass, etc.).
When can we start saying "I told you so"? Just asking.
