The 5-course dinner will feature a seasonal menu by Chef Dave Perlick and curated wine pairings from Adruni Vineyards. Chef Dave will share the inspiration behind each dish and why it was thoughtfully chosen to complement its paired wine. Adruni Vineyards proprietors Garo & Nancy Kholamian will share the stories behind the wines, the vineyard, and how it all began.
