This month’s Instructor Spotlight is on Tammy!

Many of our clients already know and love Tammy, but for those who haven’t had the chance to work with her yet, here’s a little about her...

A lifelong dancer and dance teacher, Tammy has spent decades helping dancers develop strength, control, balance, and body awareness.

Today, she brings that same trained eye to Pilates, helping clients move with precision, confidence, and greater ease in everyday movement.

Dancers have embraced Pilates for generations because it develops strength, stamina, core control, flexibility, and supports healthier movement throughout years of training. Those same principles benefit all of us.

Whether your goal is to improve posture, build strength, increase flexibility, recover from injury, or simply move better, Tammy’s thoughtful, encouraging teaching style helps clients feel successful at every level.

Swipe through to learn more about Tammy, hear why Pilates has been such a valuable tool for dancers, and see her teaching in action.

💚 Have you taken a class or private with Tammy? We’d love to hear what you enjoy most about working with her!

When you’re hurting, moving can feel like the last thing you should do.

Many people wait until they’re pain-free before they exercise.

But sometimes healing begins with understanding how your body needs to move—not avoiding movement altogether.

Not by pushing through pain.

Not by pretending it isn’t there.

By building strength, confidence, resilience, and trust in what your body can do.

Healing isn’t always about doing less.

Sometimes it’s about moving differently.

Every body is different.

Some people bend forward easily. Others don’t.

Some kneel comfortably. Others need to sit, stand, or use additional support.

There isn’t one “correct” way to move.

The goal isn’t to fit your body into an exercise.

It’s to find an approach that works with your body—not against it.

If you’ve been waiting until you feel “better” before you begin, maybe you don’t need to wait.

Maybe you just need someone who knows how to meet your body where it is today.

Have you ever avoided exercise because you were afraid it would make things worse?
