There is NO comparison !!!! I can personally tell you that after 2 years at Katz Closet Consignment we have with donations have successfully TNVR over 37 cats and kittens. There is only 3 we had to return. Successfully we were able to rehome and socialize the majority of them . No more sick ones and no more population in our area .

Because they were trapped and fixed . Which any idiot would realize that means NO MORE BABIES !!! Also no fighting between males and causing sickness .
PCSO needs to get out of the way !!! I hope I can find the lady fined so I can donate some money to her to help pay the absurd fine she was slapped with
