Each year, I take the holiday season as a time to reflect on the year gone by. Looking back on this past year, I am exceptionally overwhelmed with gratitude, joy, and awe. I’ve been profoundly moved by the dedication of my clients, their unwavering trust in themselves, and our collective journey toward enhancing their well-being. I think of the countless times that I have had the joy of hearing ‘I finally feel good’ or ‘For the first time in my life, I actually like my body.’ Beyond that, I think of the countless moments that have been enabled through elevated health and increased energy. These stories and moments are my ‘why’. They are the reason I do what I do.

I hope this holiday, you and your family take time to reflect on the joy-filled moments of the past year. I hope that as you look ahead to 2024, you feel inspired to set exciting goals and feel ready to create amazing memories. And remember... 🎃 As out Treat to you 💝 : Here is a spooktacular recipe to kick off this Halloween weekend:

✔️ 1 scoop collagen peptides (I used )
✔️1 scoop Whey Cool Protein Powder
✔️1 cup macadamia milk or full fat coconut milk for more creaminess
✔️½-⅔ cup organic pumpkin puree
✔️ ½-1 cup ice (pending desired consistency)
✔️A few dashes of cinnamon and nutmeg.

Add everything to a blender and blend until smooth and creamy. Top with more cinnamon and enjoy with a spoon or straw. 😋
