This isn’t about doing all the things, it’s about recognizing the small, meaningful moments that support your healing. Whether you rested without guilt, got outside, or ate a nourishing meal… it counts.

Trauma-informed care reminds us that healing doesn’t look the same for everyone. Start where you are.
