Seeking recent college grad’s for a business development role for a leading Client and workforce development.

Must have a four year degree.

Base salary with commissions $60-$65,000

Account Managers & Recruiters Needed ( 2-3 Positions)

Direct Sales Recruiting is a national recruiting firm that specializes in sales, marketing, management targeting all levels business segments and verticals.

Sales Recruiter 1 Opening Seeking candidates who are passionate about recruiting and sourcing sales talent.

Account Managers 2 Openings College grads - great place to gain experience in the industry - we will train you.

We will fill about 300 jobs for our clients in 2020! All our roles are based out of Basking Ridge NJ.

Responsibilities:
· Drive Sales Talent and Retention Initiatives
· Proactively manage a large pipeline of applications
· Manage applicants through interview process including phone and scheduling client onsite interviews
· Manage recruiting process in ATS (Bullhorn).
· Work with multiple hiring managers to ensure hiring goals are met with expected deadlines
· Provide training to candidates on interviewing best practices
· Source candidates from internal systems, social media recruitment (LinkedIn) and Job Boards
· Maintain, Monitor and Track Applicant flow, ROI and Retention
· Develop initiatives to continuously enhance overall recruiting process
· Engage and Attract high caliber, diverse talent

Required Skills:
· Degree preferred
· Ability to handle multiple priorities with strong and timely follow through
· Self-motivated with excellent organizational skills
· Optimistic, Enthusiast and Engaging Personality
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
· Excellent Written and Verbal Communication Skills
· Strong Relationship Building Skills
· Ability to use social medial (LinkedIn) and various job boards

Experience: Recruiters (Compensation based on experience)
· Recruiting Experience. minimum of 2 years (Required). Preferably in a Tele-Sales Environment
· College Degree or equivalent in job-related experience

Experience: Account Manager Entry Level (Base/Bonus $35,000-$40,000)
· College Degree
· Min 1 year experience with Inside Sales making outbound calls
· College Grads with Work Experience over Summers / Internships
