A night at the museum with Grand Master Choi and Ma’am Kelley!
We are honored to have had the chance to teach a women’s self-defense class at The Met Museum this week. We practiced ways to get out of grabs and get to safety! Thank you to the staff at The Met for a great session - we hope to be back soon :)
