Let’s introduce you to our trainer, Lindsay!
Lindsay joined our team of Certified Personal Trainers last fall, and we are so happy to have her! She taught dance fitness classes locally for 8 years before earning here CNC & CPT. She has a passion for working with women in all stages of life, teaching them how to best support themselves in every season through exercise and nutrition.
