Founded in 1976, Miscella Real Estate was built on honesty, integrity and truly personal service. We made the decision to have a staff of all full time professionals dedicated to understanding each customer’s specific needs, and to creating the strategy best for them to achieve their individual goals. That was in 1976. Today, the business model Miscella Real Estate began with all those years ago has stood the test of time. We continue to successfully serve residential real estate needs throughout the Fox Valley. We have been there to help buyers find their very first home; we have been there to help build new homes; we have helped to move into bigger homes, downsize to smaller homes, and make lifestyle changes, including transitioning to Senior housing. We have stood beside sellers going through tough times, including short sales and foreclosures. Since 1976, Miscella Real Estate has seen the ebbs and flows of lots of market changes, some more dramatic than others.
