Nicole is one of our most dedicated members. She doesn’t let life get in the way of reaching her fitness goals!! 💪 Even though law school keeps her busy, she finds the time to prioritize her health. We have loved watching her get stronger and accomplish new goals!! We look forward to seeing her continued progress in both the gym & life!🤩

“I always struggled to workout consistently & couldn’t get into a good routine. I tried a lot of different things & when asked to try a class at LivFit, I said “I’m just not gonna be one of this CrossFit girls” LOL.
I started law school & just didn’t see how I would have time to make working out a priority. But I tried a class, did a 6 week challenge & found that I loved the workouts, coaches, and community. So I decided to join & haven’t looked back. It has helped me so much with my physical & mental health even in the busiest times of my life. I’m so thankful to be a part of this gym!!!”
