A groundhog in an attic is not something you see every day! In Columbia, MO, that is exactly what a homeowner discovered.

According to Peter Riney, owner of Critter Control of Central Missouri, this is the first time in his 20+ years of experience he has seen this happen.

With no safe way to set a trap in the attic, the team got creative. They fashioned a ladder using black vinyl-coated hardware cloth to give the groundhog a secure way to climb down on its own!

Where do mice hide? 🐭 You might be surprised! These rodents can squeeze into the tiniest spaces, often hiding in attics, walls, crawl spaces, and even kitchens.

If you hear scratching in the walls or notice droppings in cupboards, chances are mice have moved in.
