With more than 24 years of leadership experience across the military, higher education, and private industry, Dave is passionate about helping leaders turn strategy into action and create lasting impact. As a retired U.S. Army lieutenant colonel and Prosci Certified Change Practitioner, he brings expertise in leadership development, change management, and organizational effectiveness.
