🥘I help Southern women feel & look good while still eating jambalaya. 🍃Fat Loss + Food Confidence

Tucker was in that kitchen every single episode. High protein meals, balanced plates, feeding an entire hockey house full of athletes.

You really think those bodies were an accident? 😂

Tucker is the unsung MVP of Briar University and as a nutrition coach I have never felt more SEEN by a fictional character.

Follow me and I’ll be your Tucker, minus the hockey house, plus the hormone support. 🏒🥗

Drop PROTEIN in my DMs and I’ll show you how to actually build a plate that works for your body.

Tell me: Have you watched Off Campus yet?! 👀

Y’all, it is officially too hot in Louisiana to be standing over a hot stove for lunch. 🥵 I don’t make the rules, the humidity does.

I used to be a sad desk lunch girl too. Microwave meal, handful of crackers, prayed it’d hold me over till dinner. Then I built myself a system that takes all the thinking out of it.

Three cold bowls. Same formula every single time. Protein, fiber, healthy fat, and some color thrown in so it actually looks like a real meal. Prep your protein on Sunday, keep your sauce in a mason jar in the fridge, and assembly takes three minutes flat. No stove, no sweat, no excuses, mama.

This is what sustainable eating actually looks like when life is busy and the last place you want to be in July is your kitchen.

Save this for your next meal prep day, and DM me KREWE if you want a nutrition plan built around your real Southern life, not some Pinterest version of it. 🌿

Health experts disagree on a lot of things. But these are 5 things almost all of them agree on. (And it’s probably not what you think.)

Carnivore vs. vegan.

Fasting vs. eating every three hours.

Low-fat vs. low-carb.

The health world debates a lot.

But if you zoom out, there are five things that hormone experts, dietitians, physicians, functional medicine practitioners, gut health specialists, and fitness coaches almost all agree on:

1. Eat mostly whole foods.
Because your body thrives on real nutrients, not ultra-processed food-like products.

2. Keep your blood sugar balanced.
Because blood sugar swings can drive cravings, energy crashes, fat storage, gut disruption and hormone issues.

3. Manage your stress.
Because chronic stress affects your hormones, digestion, sleep, recovery, and overall health.

4. Move your body appropriately.
Because movement improves insulin sensitivity, heart health, muscle mass, mood, and longevity.

5. Prioritize sleep.
Because when sleep suffers, hunger, cravings, blood sugar, recovery, and hormone function often suffer too.

Regardless of their approach, most health experts agree these five things are the foundation.

Before you get lost in the noise of who’s right, start with what nearly everyone agrees on.

The basics aren’t flashy.

They’re effective.
