Though there is no increase to the contribution limits for 2022, the IRS did increase the income limits for making tax deductible IRA contributions.

Unfortunately, the IRS did not increase the contribution limit for traditional IRAs in 2022. You can still contribute up to $6000 (or $7000 if you're 50+) if you're eligible, which, based on income and other criteria, could lower your income tax burden for the year.

It was a blast volunteering at the mock job fair at Basis Baton Rouge Materra Campus this morning. The kids (4th, 5th & 6th graders) asked great questions! The future is bright.
Having your taxes prepared and filed is essential, but are yours done as a historical documentation process (just to get your return or pay the piper) or by someone who is a "deduction bloodhound"?
