As I reflect on our Heat Tour images this year, I’m brought to tears seeing what has grown — not just in our studio, but in our strength, and our community.

This year, we chose the word THRIVE. And oh, how we’ve thrived. The year has flown by, leaving me with a full heart… and maybe a few extra lines around my eyes (ha!). But every line tells a story of sweat, courage, and transformation.

Watching all of you push, grow, and show up for yourselves and each other fills me with joy and gratitude.

Words and intentions matter — so here’s my challenge to you: What is a goal you are burning to CRUSH? Name it. Declare it. Get to work. And surround yourself with people who lift you, believe in you, and cheer you on.
