April is Sexual Assault Awareness Month. Every 68 seconds, someone in the U.S. is sexually assaulted, and only a fraction of cases are ever reported (RAINN). We are currently accepting donations of essential items to provide comfort, care, and dignity to those impacted by sexual violence.

We are so proud and thankful for our Board President, District Attorney Hillar Moore, for being named Volunteer Fundraiser of the Year by AFP Baton Rouge!

Hillar has been an incredible advocate and supporter of the Capital Area Family Justice Center, always stepping up for survivors and for the work we do in this community. This award is so well deserved.
