Reach University and the Healthcare Training Fund have partnered to create the Apprenticeship College of Health (ACH), a pioneering initiative that creates purposeful, work-embedded pathways for working adults already connected to healthcare and the communities they serve.

Through the Apprenticeship Degree, ACH supports learners as they prepare for in-demand roles while continuing to work. For healthcare employers, that means building talent from within. For funders and workforce partners, it means investing in a pathway designed to reduce barriers and strengthen the healthcare workforce and its quality of care.
