I bowled my new high game, a 298. I was so close to my first 300, but I saw my score and I got nervous. It was a learning experience, I should have stopped and taken a moment to collect myself, but I didn't. Now that I know what it feels like, hopefully I’ll be better prepared next time.

Last weekend, I participated in the Pepsi Tournament at Bowlero Kenner, where I bowled 4 games to qualify for the next day. During the qualifying round, I struggled with my accuracy and spare conversions. Despite not performing at my best, I qualified for Sunday's competition. I was grateful for the opportunity to improve my performance from the previous day. On Sunday, I bowled much better to finish in 4th place. Overall, it was a great learning experience and I was happy to have the chance to compete against some of the best bowlers in the area.

Today I participated in the Tulane Bowling Elite Tournament Prep Camp, which was led by Coach Hayley Veitch, Coach Norm Spurlock and Coach Todd Bourgeois. During both of the sessions I learned ways improve my spare game and improve lane play. Seeing myself bowl from other angles was so helpful, I was able to see what I was doing wrong and fix it. I had a lot of fun and learned so much!! I can’t wait apply the techniques I learned and see the improvement in my game!
Thank you for having me!
